General Conditions of Entry
By entering Rebound Playland Ltd, you do so at your own risk. Entry is subject to the following Conditions of Entry. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these terms:
Liability Waiver. Rebound Playland Ltd, including its owners, directors, staff, and management, accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage (personal or otherwise) that may occur on the premises, however caused.
By entering, you release Rebound Playland Ltd and its representatives from all legal liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
📋 Entry Conditions
🛝 Playground rules must be followed at all times.
🚭 No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs allowed on-site.
🍔 No prepared or cooked meals from home or external hospitality venues are allowed. Lunchboxes with snack food is permitted.
🚫 Inappropriate behaviour or unwanted physical contact (by children or adults) will not be tolerated.
⚠️ You accept that using play equipment involves inherent risks of injury and will ensure children in your care use the equipment safely.
👀 Active adult supervision is required at all times.
🚪 No re-entry after exiting the venue.
🧳 You are responsible for your own personal belongings.
❌ Children with visible injuries or medical conditions should not enter the playground.
🤒 All guests must be free from illness (e.g. flu, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea) for at least 48 hours before visiting.
🎥 CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for safety and security.
Supervision
All children must be actively supervised by a parent or caregiver (16+ years).
Staff monitor safety but do not provide individual supervision.
Age & Play Zones
Play areas are designed for children aged 0–12 years.
Some areas have age or height limits – please follow signs and staff directions.
Children under 4 years must be accompanied by an adult in all play zones.
Safety
By entering, you release Rebound Playland Ltd and its representatives from all legal liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Grip socks must be worn in trampoline areas (available onsite).
Unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the play area.
Health
Please stay home if you, or your child are feeling sick or unwell.
Let us know about allergies or medical conditions when you arrive.
Drop-Off
No drop-offs allowed – all children must be with a responsible adult at all times.

Refund Policy
At Rebound Playland Ltd, we are committed to providing a fun and safe experience for all our guests. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
General Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit, or transfer if you change your mind.
This includes General Admission, Multi-Passes, Gift Cards, Fun Passes, and other promotional purchases.
Booking Cancellations
If you cancel a booking (including party bookings, admissions, or venue hire), we are not obligated to offer a refund unless required by law.
In some cases, we may offer to reschedule or provide a credit, subject to availability and notice periods.
Multi-Passes & Gift Cards
Multi-Passes and Gift Cards are:
Non-refundable & Non-transferable
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
They do not guarantee entry if the venue is at capacity at your time of arrival.
Parties & Private Hire
Party and venue hire deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations, please refer to our Party Policy for applicable timeframes and conditions around rescheduling or credits.
Age-Related Tickets
Age-specific tickets may require proof of age upon entry if a child appears older than the ticketed age.
Pricing is based on age brackets and may be verified for fairness and safety.
Legal Compliance
Our policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Payment Policy
At Rebound Playland Ltd, we aim to keep payments simple and secure.
We accept:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS)
Online payments via our website
Gift cards issued by Rebound Playland Ltd
Cash (for walk-ins only, subject to availability)
Bookings & Payments
General Admission: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Parties & group bookings: A non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 3 days before the event.
Pricing - All prices are in NZD and include GST. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are locked in.
Late/Unpaid Bookings - Unpaid bookings are not confirmed and may be cancelled.
Gift Cards - Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used before expiry
Party Policy
When choosing Rebound Playland Ltd to celebrate your special occasion we strive to ensure every party runs smoothly, safely, and stress-free, please take a moment to review our party policies below.
General Party Terms
Decorations: Freestanding decorations are welcome. However, nothing may be attached to walls or surfaces.
Supervision: A minimum of 1 adult per 8 children is required. Rebound staff do not provide direct supervision.
Age Restrictions: Our facilities and equipment are designed for children aged 0–12 years. Children aged 13+ are considered adults and may not use play equipment.
Socks Only: Everyone (adults and children) entering the play area must wear socks. Grip socks are required for trampolines and available to purchase onsite.
Food & Drinks: No third-party professional catering services are permitted during any party package hire. Pre prepared food is allowed during self-catered parties which includes birthday cakes. Catered parties include café food from the party platter selection with birthday cakes being an optional extra. Dietary needs must be advised at least 72 hours in advance.
Lost Property: Rebound Playland is not responsible for personal belongings left onsite.
Behaviour: Respectful behaviour is expected from all guests. Misconduct or damage to property may result in eviction without refund.
No Smoking or Alcohol is allowed anywhere on the premises, including the car park.
Birthday Party Package Policy
Booking & Payment
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before your party.
If cancelled more than 72 hours before, full payment (minus deposit) is refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Guest Numbers & Add-ons
Packages are based on 10 children (including the birthday child).
Additional children can be added (charges apply) if space allows. Final numbers must be confirmed 72 hours prior.
Package elements (food, drinks, party favours) must also be finalised at that time.
Timing & Room Use
Each party runs for 2 hours:
Initial 30 minutes: Check-in, free play and access to reserved café tables
Final 1 hour 30 minutes: Private party room and food service
Private party rooms are available after the first 30 minutes to allow staff sufficient time to clean and prepare the room from previous bookings.
After the 2-hour booking, you’re welcome to stay and play—but party rooms and reserved tables will no longer be available.
Food & Dietary Needs
Birthday cakes may be brought in for all parties but there will not be any refrigeration available.
We cater to most dietary needs but must be notified 72 hours in advance.
We cannot guarantee last-minute dietary changes.
Private Venue Hire Policy
Booking & Payment
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
A $300 refundable bond is also required as a security.
Final payment and guest details are due 10 working days prior to the event.
Cancellations:
More than 10 working days: Full refund (excluding deposit)
Within 10 working days: 50% cancellation fee
Within 72 hours: No refund (bond will be returned)
Timing
Venue hire runs from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM (2.5 hours).
Entry available 15 minutes before, and exit/tidy-up must be complete within 15 minutes after.
Additional time can be added at booking for $300/hour.
Overstaying may incur $100 deductions per 15 minutes from your bond.
Guest Capacity
Venue hire includes up to 100 children (aged 0–12). Older guests count as adults.
Guest list and food orders must be finalised 10 working days before.
Food & Catering
You may bring your own food, but kitchen use is not permitted.
Bring your own plates, cutlery, and rubbish bags if self-catering.
Full Café services can be arranged in advance.
Final Notes
Packages are non-transferable and only valid at the booking location.
Prices and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
Bookings are confirmed through our system once the deposit is received and a confirmation is issued.
